AFPFC MPC Welcomes Office for Transportation Security as New Kamay-Ari

The AFP Finance Center Multipurpose Cooperative (AFPFC MPC) officially adds the Office for Transportation Security (OTS) to the roster of AFPFC MPC’s newest Kamay-Ari in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony held today, February 4, 2025, at the OTS office in Pasay City.
The MOA signing marks a significant milestone in the broadened reach of AFPFC MPC to more offices, allowing OTS personnel to now access the Cooperative’s products and benefits.
The signing ceremony was led by AFPFC MPC Chairman MGEN Rizaldo Limoso AFP (Ret) and OTS Administrator Undersecretary Crizaldo Nieves, together with AFPFC MPC Vice Chairman COL Felipe Vicencio PAF (Ret) and OTS Assistant Secretary Jose Briones Jr. Also present were the AFPFC MPC Board of Directors along with OTS leadership officials.

Chairman Limoso spoke about his enthusiasm in welcoming the OTS into the AFPFC MPC family, “This partnership is the manifestation of our mutual dedication, desire, and vision for a deepened relationship for our shared growth. It brings to fruition the efforts taken to welcome the OTS as our new Kamay-Ari—with the dedication to bring you the better benefits you deserve.”
Expressing his anticipation of the positive impact the partnership will have on OTS personnel, Usec. Nieves shared, “It is about the forging of a partnership to support and uplift the morale and the welfare of the dedicated personnel of the OTS.”

As a symbol of goodwill for the new partnership with OTS, AFPFC MPC also donated fully-equipped laptops and desktop sets during the signing ceremony.
